Tsurutokame was the first restaurant of our three-week trip through Japan, and it set an extraordinary standard from the very beginning. The food was outstanding, but what made the evening truly special was the complete experience: great care in every dish, a wonderful atmosphere, and genuine hospitality throughout. A special thank you to Mei for her warmth, kindness, and thoughtful guidance, including the sake pairings, which made the dinner feel very personal and memorable.
