As our sushi is crafted fresh to order by our dedicated sushi chef, it can sometimes take a little longer to prepare, especially during busy periods. I understand, however, that the wait was longer than you expected, despite our waiter informing you in advance, and I apologize for any inconvenience this caused. We always strive to balance the quality of our food with timely service, and I regret that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion.
