Atmosphere seems at home in Greenhills Ortigas Avenue. 1/2 upper, middle class feel.
I am proud to say we can bring to dine in a Pilipino Restaurant the food mix of Kalye but Gourmet!

Chef Red does personal cooking to keep up with the food industry. We had him last night and everything he prepared was absolutely delicious. He made a 3 course Prix Fixe Filipino dinner. To start, we had deconstructed paella with quail egg that when you sliced it in half the yolk is still soft that it pours over your paella. The shrimp and mussels were cooked right. Not too chewy/gummy. For our main, we had beef Morcon. The sauce of that Morcon was everything! He made a cauliflower rice and that made me feel healthy. It was delicious paired with the beef. Lastly, we had his leche flan and the sweetness is just perfect. We had him before for pulutan nights where he will cook tapas style Filipino dishes. One thing I love about having him cook at our place is that, you don't have to worry about setting it up, cooking, and cleaning. You enjoy spending time with your colleagues. It's not expensive at all compared to going out since you bring your own drinks. You should try it out!
