We came here after hearing good things about the restaurant, but unfortunately we were quite disappointed. We ordered a well-done steak, but it was very chewy and quite bland, with little to no seasoning. The side dishes were also not very impressive. Visited Kassab recently, and the entrance really stands out — a glass wall with amber lighting that catches your eye even from outside. Inside, the warm lighting and soft background music give off a cozy yet upscale vibe. Prices are on the higher side (expect upwards of 5 million IRR for two), but the quality of the meat and the presentation — especially their Turkish kebab — are worth noting. Interesting detail: their summer menu just got updated, adding a few new dishes with fresh green broad beans. The only downside is that it gets a bit busy around lunchtime, so you might have to wait. I recently visited Kassab Restaurant and I have to say, I had the best steak I've ever tasted in Tehran! The meat was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection. The staff were also amazing, they were very friendly and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. The restaurant has both indoor and outdoor seating, and the outdoor area is great with a beautiful view and live music. It's definitely one of the more upscale restaurants in Tehran, so the prices are higher than other places, but it's worth it for the quality of the food and service.
