Kavarna achieves much more than being a great cafe as it has become a community institution. The staff are all unfailingly courteous, attentive, and patient. When I run into them outside of the shop in the neighborhood I'm greeted with a smile and my name when they say hello. Not only is Kavarna a warm and inviting environment to meet and talk with family and friends, have meetings and interviews, or simply have coffee and read - they also host story telling, poetry readings, and musical performances. We are a much richer community because of them. And the coffee is good too! Thank you Kavarna!
