Arrived in Rhodes for 5 days , i looked for a restaurant with the best rating around. Kerasma was and IS the one. Very interesting and original tastes, it is Greek cuisine indeed, but with a twist and bold choices. Started with the tarama, very creamy because they added sourdough into it. Surprising and positive. I shared the calamari in the kadaifi, the crab arancini , and the shrimps, in the starter menu. The calamari was to die for, the crab very subtle. Only dark spot, the shrimps, that we told our very professional waitress, and after talking to the chef, they just simply admitted the outcome was not the one the expected, and were gracious enough to remove this dish from the bill. We continued with the squid ink based pasta and the grantortellone. Perfect, the pasta was full of iodine taste, very daring but successful, and the tortellone were creamy and very comforting. We ended up the bounty inspired cheesecake. A bit heavy , considering everything we ate before, but delicious nonetheless. If you visit Rhodes, when it wiles to restaurants, it’s a definite go. Great atmosphere and amazing food! Polite and helpful service. I've tried squid in many places but never this tender and tasty! All dishes full of taste and intensity! Unforgettable experience! Really really recommend! Price per person: €50+

We had been staying on our boat at Rhodes Marina for 5 nights and were looking for places within easy walking distance. This was and we are so glad we found it. The food was delicious, the service great and the atmosphere lovely. One of us has an unusual allergy and the chef came out to make sure all was okay. We all said it was the best meal we had in Rhodes. Price per person: €35–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
