The food was overall good, but the atmosphere completely ruined our dining experience. A girl working in the kitchen was constantly screaming and laughing so loudly that it disturbed the entire restaurant. It wasn’t occasional—it kept happening throughout our visit. We politely informed the staff several times about the noise. She stopped for around 5–10 minutes, but then started screaming and laughing again as if nothing had been said. It was very unprofessional and made it difficult to enjoy our meal. A restaurant is not just about good food—it is also about providing customers with a pleasant and comfortable environment. When staff behave like this, it reflects poorly on the entire business. One employee’s unprofessional behavior can damage the restaurant’s reputation, lead to negative customer reviews, and discourage people from returning. That’s unfair to the owner, especially if they have worked hard to build the business and serve good food. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures all staff maintain a professional attitude. Otherwise, even great food won’t be enough to keep customers coming back.
