Congratulations, KFC Rustenburg Waterfall Park — you’ve officially mastered the art of not serving customers!! From the moment I arrived, it felt like I’d driven into a ghost kitchen. Half the menu boards don’t work, no indication whether you’re serving breakfast or anything at all, and the intercom? Dead. Replaced with a handwritten apology note — because apparently fixing basic equipment is optional. Following the instructions, I drove up to the window. Where I stood like a decoration while staff ran around inside pretending customers don’t exist. No greeting. No acknowledgment. No service. Just a front-row seat to chaos. If ignoring paying customers is part of your business model, then well done — you’ve perfected it. Sadly, I came for food, not a lesson in how not to run a franchise. You’ve officially cured me of ever returning. Keep the chicken — I’ve lost my appetite. #KFCingyouneveragain! Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
