Kobe Jones is pretty near The Big Dig Archaeology Education Centre. Guests don't highly appreciate seafood and wine at this bar. Kobe Jones is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. According to most visitors' point of view, food isn't worth the medium prices here. This place is known for its cozy atmosphere. But sadly, Facebook users who have visited this spot rate it below average.

The food taste crap, the experience was not an experience at all. We are used to dealing with the ok food because of the really fun experience but this was in and out within 15 to 20 minutes. What a waste of money.

I am pretty surprised Kobe Jones has a rating of 3.7 out of 5. I wouldn't put it at over 2.0. The experience was equivalent to dinner cooked at home by friends.. Sure, the food was fine, but was it great? not at all. And for the money and location, it was a total flop.(ill also be replying to your Google response for your excuse of providing a pathetic dining experience and Labelling it as "a traditional Japanese experience"
We only knew our meal was over when the staff seated a new group of people and started serving them the same meal we had received. We knew that was our queue to leave. We took this upon ourselves without any direction from the team..
It was also my birthday, which my wife had mentioned in the booking before we got the the restaurant, not once did anyone from the team acknowledge that. I felt like the goal was to turn over the table as quick as possible due to the location and the history of people with money paying for an experience in which they don't care so much about the service.
Not only this, due to a bad review, I have had one of the owners or staff members contact my previous employers which I had listed on Facebook asking to contact me when they could clearly contact me through messenger at any time and through my original complaint, without the need for those outrageous tactics to publicly make an awkward situation out of something that could have simply been fixed by replying to my initial personal message to the team. All in all, not worth the money, the experience was less than average and whoever from the team decided to contact my personal contacts is immature and needs to be called out for it. Great service = Great reviews, Bad service = .... This.????
A personal note to the person from the team who contacted my ex employers without contacting me first. Own your mistakes without behaving like children. Kobe Jones = ????‍♂️ in my book.
Just wait for team tactics or replies which have no merit at all.
