京丹後での旅の夜に訪れました。 地元の新鮮な魚介をふんだんに使った料理が楽しめる素敵なお店です。 特に海鮮丼は圧巻で、ウニ、イクラ、ホタテ、イカ、マグロなど豪華なネタが惜しみなく盛られており、今まで食べた中でも間違いなくトップクラスの美味しさでした。巻き寿司も具材たっぷりで見た目にも楽しく、一口ごとに幸せな気分に。 さらに、たこの酢の物や岩牡蠣、お造り盛り合わせ、ゆば料理など、小鉢料理もどれも丁寧に作られていて、どれも外れなし。地酒や瓶ビールと一緒にいただくと、旅の疲れが一気に吹き飛びました。 カウンター越しに大将との会話を楽しんだり、地元のお客さんとも自然と話が弾み、1人でもとても居心地が良く、温かい時間を過ごせました。 観光で京丹後に来たら、ぜひ立ち寄ってほしいお店です。味・雰囲気・人情、三拍子そろった名店です！ I visited this restaurant during my solo trip to Kyotango, and it became one of the highlights of my journey. They serve incredibly fresh local seafood, and the variety and quality are outstanding. The kaisendon (seafood bowl) was one of the best I’ve ever had — beautifully presented and topped with generous portions of uni (sea urchin), ikura (salmon roe), scallops, squid, and more. The sushi rolls were also packed with colorful ingredients and full of flavor. I also enjoyed small dishes like vinegared octopus, freshly shucked oyster with citrus, and sashimi platters — each dish was carefully prepared and full of local taste. Even as a solo diner, I felt very welcome. The chef was friendly, and I had a lovely conversation with local customers at the counter. The warm and casual atmosphere made it easy to relax and enjoy the experience. If you’re visiting Kyotango, I highly recommend this place for a truly local and memorable meal.
