I had a very disappointing experience at this location. There is one older white female staff member who has consistently treated me with a dismissive attitude. Each time she serves me, she quickly asks “everything is okay?” without actually explaining the options, and then immediately passes me to the next person. I’m left confused about what “everything” even refers to. When I questioned her, her facial expression and attitude became extremely unpleasant, as if I had done something wrong. I have to say, even my boss has never treated me that way for a moment I didn’t even feel like I was a paying customer. However, when she is not there, other staff members take the time to explain the choices and are genuinely friendly and professional. The difference in treatment is noticeable. I can’t help but question whether this is racial bias or simply poor customer service, but either way, it feels uncomfortable and disrespectful. I’ve also seen others share similar experiences. No one deserves to feel dismissed when buying lunch during a busy workday. We are paying customers, not outlets for someone’s frustration. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures all customers are treated with equal respect. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The kim chi tasted really bad, like expired bad I had Koha before at my old office location and it was so good This location everything seems to be off. Off as in everything was old, expired and it tasted like that too Not coming back, I wasted almost $20 here for lunch. Food: 2 Service: 3

This is the first time I try this, very bad experience! I was asked "is everything ok" during the meat selection stage, and then the topping became "default three". There was a person with a very bad attitude who kept emphasizing, she asked me, "everything is ok?" and I replied "yes", so I agreed with the default three options. I don't think that's what I meant. It was a very bad experience! Food: 1 Service: 1
