I was really looking forward to trying the food at Kousine Boca Raton after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately, my experience was underwhelming. The lomo I ordered was dry and lacked any sauce, and the vegetables alongside it were not properly sautéed. Additionally, the chaufa chicken was hard and equally dry, which was not what I expected from a place with such positive reviews. It seems like the quality might be better when dining in rather than picking up. Sadly, this was a disappointing meal for which I paid $31.
