I recently returned to my diet after a long break, so I decided to order a healthy meal from Kudu. I chose the Diet Grilled Chicken dish with a side salad. Unfortunately, I noticed that it has changed significantly compared to how it used to be. The grilled chicken portion is much smaller than before, while the salad contains too much dressing and fewer fresh vegetables. There were also an unusually large number of mushrooms on top of the chicken, which is something I rarely experienced in the past. Overall, the meal did not meet the quality or value I expected. What disappointed me even more was my experience with the Kudu Rewards program. It often feels as though some staff members are uncomfortable or unsure when customers redeem rewards through the Kudu app. During this order, I redeemed points for a Kudu Chicken Sandwich, but more points were deducted from my balance than should have been. When I arrived home, I also discovered that my order was incorrect. Instead of the chicken sandwich, I received a Philly Steak Sandwich. To be fair, it tasted good, but it was not what I ordered. I still remember Kudu's Chicken Philly sandwich, which was one of my favorite menu items. It was unforgettable, and I sincerely hope Kudu brings it back. Overall, this experience was disappointing. Between the smaller portions, the changes in food quality, the rewards issue, and the incorrect order, I honestly didn't enjoy my meal. I hope Kudu takes customer feedback seriously and improves both its food quality and customer service Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 20–40 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
