We had a fantastic dinner at Uliveto on our final night in Rome. I reached out to the restaurant ahead of time to inform them of my children’s birthdays. The staff was so kind and gifted my kids complimentary desserts. The food was mostly good, except the Fiorentina. It was raw on the filet and dry on the strip. The live music was interesting, I wish the singer sang Italian songs instead of random American hits.. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €90–100

We had a lovely dinner at Uliveto. I wanted to try many dishes and ended up taking leftovers back to the room. (My eyes were bigger than my stomach and I refused to waste a single bite!) I worked many years in kitchens myself and can say, with some authority, that the food was excellent. I especially enjoyed the minestrone soup. Sorry about the lack of photos, but I was either eating or talking with the staff, including the chef, who graciously stopped by to ensure our experience. March 2025. Uliveto is truly a wonderful restaurant. Not only is the breakfast excellent, but dinner was also a fantastic experience. I didn’t have the chance to try lunch, but with such a spectacular terrace view, I can only imagine it would be just as enjoyable. The staff are very professional and attentive, which makes the whole experience even better. The lobster pasta was absolutely delicious, as well as the bread and everything else we tried. A place definitely worth visiting. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
