I’m not saying this place is bad, but it is just all around average. Nice-ish place next to a crappy area. Fish tacos and the fish burrito were pretty bland — have they never heard of Caribbean spices? Also, no credit cards which seems to be a local oddity in Rincon. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
