I want to give la Certosa 5 stars, because it deserves more than the sad 3.9 that is currently displayed on google. Are the plastic tables and chairs pretty mobilier ? No. Should you speak italian in order to understand something from the (oral) menu ? Yes. This is not the typical restaurant you will find in the center of Rome. It's a very authentic place, and it certainly isn't for everyone. But that's what makes this place special and i wouldn't change it for a thing. If you come here, you must be ready for generous food (in flavors and quantity), to wait a bit to be served, and for "spartan" waitresses. Tonight, we were lucky, they even had tiramisù and it was good ! Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
