I visited Ristorante Va.Do. on a weekday and really enjoyed the calm. It’s a lovely space to relax and have a quiet meal away from the tourist crowds. I ordered the carbonara ravioli and they were genuinely delicious — great flavor and nicely prepared. The food was the highlight of the experience. The service was polite but didn’t stand out in any particular way, and I didn’t love the wine by the glass. Overall, I give it 4 stars — mainly for the food. With a bit more attention to the full dining experience, it could be even better. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: €10–20
