La Cucina was about what I anticipated. Extremely overpriced, microscopic portions, catering to elderly clientele in golf shorts. We ordered the calimari steak strip appetizer, a soggy, flavorless morsel, for $13. I ordered the Salmon, and for $30, I received a thin cut off a filet, on a thin bed of greasy spinach leaves. The angel hair pasta on the side was topped with a splotch of thin, flavorless, tomato sauce that tasted store bought, from a jar. The best part was the fresh bread they served on arrival, and incidentally the most filling part of the meal. Overall, this was a depressing experience for a family member's birthday dinner. It felt like the owner was cutting corners at the expense of the patrons to keep the doors open. Our meal was $250 and we left hungry.
