The creativity and attention to detail is comparable if not better than three Michelin star restaurants of Hong Kong, Paris or San Francisco. Truly extraordinary every bite feels like an out of world experience. The “before dessert” experience has a delightful surprise and the egg yolk pasta specialty by Chef Beck is exquisite. The service from water to bread down to dessert was impeccable.
3 Michelin star restaurant. the best restaurant in Rome. i was so excited to come here when i was visiting Rome.  made reservations months in advance.  they do take down cc info and they will charge about $200 for any last minute cancellations, so be careful! service was super attentive and helpful, they are very accommodating.  upon arrival, i was early, so they sat me in a comfy cough and started bringing me water and light snacks.  my water glass was never less than half way.  got the 10 course meal since i was going big dining in a 3 star restaurant.  the food was well portioned for a taste of everything.  i was stuffed since they just kept bringing food out.  when i thought it was the last of the menu, they bring out "surprises" and extra snacks or bites.   the meal in itself took about 3 hours...i felt as if eyes were on me to make sure everything was perfect and i had what i needed.   dress code is fancy, so come prepared.  it was definitely an experience, especially in ROME!!! loved it
We had an à la carte experience. Great Cacio e Pepe as well as raspberry cocktail! Poor waiter manners as he refuses to answer to my question about Oregon breads name claiming it was just‘integrale’.
