I've eaten carbonara around Rome, but you can't beat theirs, it's something indescribable. I think I have finally found my favorite trattoria... Hospitality, good food and true Roman cuisine....Trattoria La Rustica is the new paradise!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
