Absolutely disappointing experience. I waited nearly 20 minutes just to place a takeaway order at the counter, and despite being clearly visible, the staff repeatedly ignored me. No acknowledgment, no basic courtesy—nothing. At some point, it stops being about service delays and becomes a complete failure in customer handling. I eventually had to walk out without ordering. This level of negligence is unacceptable. Definitely not coming back. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Takeaway Price per person: OMR 6–8

Lazeez Point is a friendly and welcoming restaurant with an amazing selection on the menu. Chinese is a reminder of Mumbai street food. Their Iftar platters are delicious. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Price per person: OMR 2–4
