We went to hotel for a dinner. Restaurant open at 18:30 but we were welcomed to wait in the lobby while having our drinks. The daily menu was amazing. Both myself and my wife enjoyed the 3 -course menu, kids love the home made pasta. Absolutely recommended. Service: 5

The hotel is good, the view is magnificent, unfortunately the service of the lady in the receptionist is really bad, she can't speak english, rude and she don't have act of service. She should work in the factory not in hotel. She is Rasist too, when she speaks to the European client she is very nice. But towards asian she is rude. Service: 1

Wonderful experience. Very friendly staff, comfortable rooms with balconies with the most beautiful breath-taking and romantic views (Greenery, High Mountains). Food (breakfast and dinner) was superb. Strongly recommended Service: 5
