If you're looking for an old school hole in the wall with bomb comfort food, bingo. Vietnamese coffee was like a frothy milkshake and I'm still amped up. The spring roll with a thin layer of sausage inside is very good. The broth for beef, #10, seafood tastes Iike gramma used to make and I'm not even Vietnamese. This place is legit and tastes like home. Will be back.

I've been eyeing Lemon Pepper for some time, and recently, my partner mentioned cravings for noodle soup. Perfect opportunity to try LPVC! We arrived, and took about 5 minutes to look for street parking. We entered the store around 11:30 or so, and it was cuter than I was expecting. There were some nice decor and I liked the interior paint colors. We were quickly served and the food came out within 8-10 minutes. We ordered #9 & #10 and both hit the spot. I ate #9 and everything was delicious. The eggs were cooked perfectly and every component was 10/10. Delicious. I tried the broth from #10 and it was so delicious. My partner really enjoyed it. We left satisfied and look forward to returning! They had a sign that they will be temporarily closed part of august 2023 through November 2023. We look forward to visiting when they return!
