Master chef Radu leaves his artistic mark on every plate served, presenting two dishes that lead to a real feast of taste. The pork steak, tender and aromatic, is in a perfect culinary symphony with the fried potatoes, golden and tasty, and a cabbage salad, which brings a touch of freshness and crunch. The flavors of the meat, rich and juicy, intertwine in a taste dance with the natural sweetness of the potatoes and the refreshing texture of the salad. Alongside, a classic Caesar salad expertly reinterpreted features crunchy croutons, fresh lettuce and juicy cherry tomatoes, all dressed generously in grated parmesan. The dressing, creamy and full of flavor, embraces each ingredient, emphasizing the royal character of the salad.
