To be fair this is the best French food I’ve ever had in this country. You can’t have this GOOD food at this price anywhere else. The materials are seasonal thus fresh that you can actually feel. Tastes and presenting are both creative and artisan level. Desserts have just the right sweetness, leaving you room for a last drip of coffee. And the staff are very humble and well in what they do. I truly feel happy after dining here despite sounding like a total spam by saying the above.

There are restaurants were you do eat well, but... There are those where you have the deep feeling that a passionate cook is working hard sharing something with you, the delicacy, balance, originality of his art without trying to cheat nor rip you off. Run to Les Carmes and indulge yourself with the fulfilling pleasure of the degustation of real good cuisine. I'll be back, that's an absolute fact !
