Liberty is truly an exquisite dining experience, the flavors and textures make this the best dining in SWFL. From the moment you enter the attentive super friendly staff adds to the 5 star of off the charts dining and service. An A+ gem, this is a don't miss super enjoyable spot. Simply the best food in Southwest Florida. Innovative, interesting dishes and really unique combinations. There’s tons of good, traditional restaurants in the area but Liberty is the only one consistently pushing the envelope and really elevating every plate. If you are a foodie, Liberty is a can’t miss. Such a great dining experience. From the staff to the food. Every dish was masterfully prepared and executed flawlessly. I’m more upset it took me 4 years to find out about this place.
