English Version. An Authentic Roman Gem for Locals and Visitors Alike. If you are looking for a genuine Roman dining experience, Trattoria Lilli is the place to be. It is a local favorite, but also a true experience for tourists seeking authentic Roman food and ambiance. The atmosphere is strictly family-run, and the staff speaks English, Spanish, and Italian. The food is incredibly fresh—nothing is frozen here. The traditional Roman pasta dishes are top quality (true PDO standard!), and I highly recommend the pasta alla picchiapò! For main courses, la fornara (roasted veal with potatoes) is simply exceptional, and the meatballs alla amatriciana are marvelous. The homemade desserts taste just like a grandmother's recipes: the tiramisu, chocolate cake, and cheesecake are all delicious. Prices are more than fair for the extremely high quality and fresh ingredients. I highly recommend booking in advance, as space is limited due to it being a family-run spot. It will not disappoint! È un locale frequentato dalla gente del quartiere ma anche un'ottima scelta per i turisti che desiderano immergersi nella vera tradizione capitolina. L’atmosfera è prettamente familiare e l'accoglienza è impeccabile: il personale parla anche inglese, spagnolo e certo l’italiano , facendo sentire tutti a casa. Il cibo è super fresco e non c'è nulla di surgelato. Le classiche paste romane (DOP!) sono ottime, ma vi consiglio assolutamente la pasta alla picchiapò! Tra i secondi, la fornara — una deliziosa vitella al forno con patate — è qualcosa di eccezionale. Meravigliose e saporite anche le polpette all'amatriciana. I dolci sono fatti in casa proprio come li faceva la nonna: il tiramisù, la torta al cioccolato e la cheesecake sono uno più buono dell'altro. Prezzi più che giusti per una qualità altissima e materie prime fresche. Raccomando vivamente di prenotare, poiché, essendo a conduzione familiare, i posti sono limitati! El ambiente es puramente familiar y la acogida es impecable: el personal habla inglés, español y por supuesto Italiano, haciendo que todos se sientan como en casa. La comida es superfresca y no hay nada congelado. Pastas romanas tradicionales de altísima calidad, ¡pero recomiendo absolutamente probar la pasta alla picchiapò! Entre los segundos platos, la fornara (una deliciosa carne de ternera al horno con patatas) es algo excepcional. Las albóndigas a la amatriciana también son una maravilla, muy sabrosas. Los postres son caseros, hechos como los hacía la abuela: el tiramisú, la tarta de chocolate y la cheesecake son a cual más delicioso. Precios más que justos para una calidad muy alta e ingredientes frescos.
