Lima Chicken is a hidden gem in Rome, offering an authentic Peruvian culinary experience that breaks the mold of traditional Italian cuisine. The Peruvian Arroz con Pollo was a standout, with its vibrant flavors and tender chicken. The Chaufa was equally impressive, showcasing a unique blend of Peruvian and Chinese influences. Papa a la Huancaina added a delightful creamy touch to our meal. What truly made our visit special was the warm hospitality from the owner, who took the time to greet us personally. Despite being a bit out of town, Lima Chicken is well worth the trip for anyone seeking a delicious and different dining experience in Rome. Highly recommended!
