Located at the Sofia Palace on Avenue Mehdi Ben Berka, LIME TREE Rabat is a dining spot that specializes in international cuisine, offering a menu designed for dinner, complete with a selection of alcoholic beverages. The restaurant features various dining options, including table service and seating areas, allowing guests to enjoy a full dining experience. Amenities like an on-site bar and accessible parking options further add to its convenience.

Although there are mixed reviews regarding the food and service quality, the venue itself receives positive remarks for its pleasing atmosphere and impressive interior design. However, some visitors have noted concerns about the cleanliness and professionalism of the staff. It should be noted that feedback regarding these experiences was shared about three months ago, suggesting that patrons should check for more recent information.

The restaurant is open daily from 5 PM to 2 AM and welcomes families, providing a kid-friendly environment. With options for free parking nearby, visiting should be relatively hassle-free. Unfortunately, there is no mention of delivery or takeaway services, nor is there information readily available about Wi-Fi or acceptance of credit cards, which could be essential for some diners. Overall, LIME TREE Rabat presents an appealing dining environment, though potential visitors might want to proceed with tempered expectations based on prior feedback.

An Absolute Disgrace for a “High-End” Establishment Lime Tree Rabat Where do I even begin? What was supposed to be a memorable evening out with friends visiting from Canada, the UAE, and London turned into one of the most frustrating and humiliating dining experiences any of us have ever had. Lime Tree Rabat, you should be ashamed. We were told our table would be ready in 5 minutes. That “5 minutes” turned into 45 minutes of being strung along with the same hollow promise every single time we checked back. No honesty, no transparency, no respect for our time — just empty words delivered with zero accountability. Fine. We decided to make the best of it and grab drinks at the bar while we waited. What followed was nothing short of appalling. The bartenders repeatedly ignored us despite multiple attempts to get their attention. And when they did acknowledge us? They smirked and laughed amongst themselves. At paying customers. In a venue that markets itself as upscale. Let that sink in. We escalated our concerns to the hostess, hoping for some basic human decency — an apology, an acknowledgment, anything. We received absolutely nothing. Not a word of remorse. Not a gesture of goodwill. Just cold indifference from a team that clearly has no idea what hospitality means. We came as a group of friends, from three different countries, ready and willing to spend generously on what we hoped would be a special night. Instead, we were made to feel invisible, mocked, and utterly unwelcome. Lime Tree Rabat does not deserve your money, your time, or your loyalty. If this is what “high-end” looks like in their eyes, it is a complete and utter joke. Save yourself the aggravation and take your business — and your hard-earned money — somewhere that will actually value you as a guest. We will not be returning. And we will be telling everyone we know.

Had a really great experience at Lime Tree. The hospitality was excellent, especially from Narjis who was very welcoming, attentive, and made us feel comfortable throughout. The music was really good and created such a nice vibe, and the show was enjoyable as well. Overall, a lovely atmosphere with great service. Definitely recommend! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
