Absolutely terrible experience. Nothing was hot or ready, and after placing my order I waited nearly an hour just to get my food. The customer service was terrible, and it felt like no one cared. To make matters worse, they gave my food away after I had already been waiting. While I was waiting, I saw a cockroach crawling around inside the restaurant. That completely ruined my appetite. After seeing that, I wasn’t about to eat anything from there. I asked for a refund, but they refused. I ended up leaving with nothing after wasting my time and money. Between the extremely long wait, poor customer service, giving my order away, refusing a refund, and seeing a roach inside the restaurant, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Little Caesars. I won’t be back, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Have given the location many chances. Every time something is wrong. They can't seem to get the pizza cooking times right. They are always undercooked or burnt. Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

Store only does on line orders They don't answer the phone You can't request extra cook on pie My order was late by 15 minutes I WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF MY ORDER! My Total time to pie 1HR:22 MIN I could have purchased a frozen pizza, gone home and cooked it and eaten that pie and it would have been BETTER!! THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME!! I WILL PAY LESS THAN HALF THE COST OF LITTLE CAESARS PIZZA NEXT TIME AND BE DELIGHTED!! WHAT A COMPLETE SHAM FOR FOOD THAT USED TO BE VERY GOOD AND NOW ITS JUST NOT WORTH THE TIME EFFORT OR MONEY!!
