Entered the store at 9:20 pm and was told they were no longer taking orders. Door unlocked, no attempt to lock the doors were made as I sit here, the store hours state they close at 10pm. However workers are closing the store early and not taking orders with ample time to do so. If you have 30 minutes until close it should not be closed 35-45 minutes prior to 10pm. False Advertisement. More than 4 people have entered after me and left empty handed as well. Terrible service. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My daughter wanted Little Caesars pizza & we happen to stop by this one on Chili Ave, went in & had a terrible experience. I placed an order for 1 pizza & was told there was a 15 min wait. No problem we went to Dollar General in the plaza, came back 20 mins later & the pizza still wasn't ready. I was told they were backed up with orders & they needed 10 more minutes. I walked down to Rainbow, came back & they made the wrong pizza. I was told there would be another wait, asked for my money back. The manager was extremely rude, very unprofessional & aggressive, stating they don't do refunds but can remake the pizza. At this point, I've been waiting over 45 minutes for ONE pizza. My only option is to wait longer because they don't do refunds, the manager got even more rude saying you can always call corporate...SMH In addition, they kept ignoring the phone, then eventually took it off the hook & set it on the counter. The absolute worst customer service, the manager is horrible & shouldn't be allowed to work with the public. They don't even deserve 1 star, but this is the only way to leave a review. Do yourself a favor & skip this location. Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
