I ordered two meals and drinks. We waited about 20- 40 minutes for our food, even though the restaurant was not busy. When the food arrived, part of our order was missing, including the fries and the side vegetables that came with the burger. The customer service was disappointing. The staff did not seem organized or focused on customers. I also noticed a strong smell of marijuana, which I found very unprofessional. This was not my first visit. I come here often, but I continue to experience the same problems, and the service has not improved. A good team should communicate with each other, work together, double-check orders before serving customers, and make customer service a priority. I hope management provides better training so future customers have a better experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
