Usually, love to visit Little Espresso and get my take away Prana Chai. Today at 3:45pm a young lady could not be bothered to make it and yet they were still serving coffee. It’s really not that hard! Very disappointing customer service & sadly it is letting down a good cafe business! Be grateful for your customers or they will go where they are appreciated.
