All menu items are freshly prepared-to-order, and spice levels can be requested on a 1-to-10 scale, for example. We wish you would have expressed your spice level preference when you ordered. Alternatively, we would have wanted to hear your concerns at the time, providing us the opportunity to remedy your dissatisfaction.
