Lovely hotel bar with fantastic cocktails. As of October 2024, they are doing a Taylor Swift themed menu ahead of her Eras Tour dates in the city. Would definitely come back again for more at a later time. I think the lounge area could be a little bit more comfortable but I was fortunate enough have the bar almost entirely to myself. We stayed at the International House and the Loa bar is in the lobby. But it's worth a walk from another hotel or if you're just near camp street. The mixologist (genius behind the bar) never stopped serving long enough for us to get his name; but he is in the fine tradition of individuals with his cool looking apron and brim. He blessed various cocktails with lemon rind around the rims in a practiced, fluid motion and his rythm with the cocktail shaker is hypnotic. It's a little slice of Nawlins, just quieter.
