Locals, a trendy eatery in the heart of Tver, offers a delightful culinary experience with its fusion cuisine. The ambiance is cozy and modern, with not too loud music playing in the background. The interior design is neat and clean, with a wardrobe that can be a bit obstructive. Prices are reasonable for a fine dining spot, although closer to Moscow's standards than Tver's.
Locals' menu boasts a wide selection of dishes that will satisfy any taste buds. The noki with shrimp and the Mortadella pizza are particularly noteworthy, although the latter could use less tomato paste. The restaurant also offers a delicious smetannik, a Russian dessert made with sour cream.
The cocktail selection is impressive, with unique ingredients and flavors that will leave you wanting more. The Ulu tea spritz and the Kabuki cocktails are worth trying. For non-alcoholic options, Locals offers refreshing lemonades and a vanilla-flavored Earl Grey tea.
Locals' central location on the promenade makes it a perfect spot for people-watching. The establishment also has outdoor seating, which is perfect for warmer weather. The staff is polite and attentive, making sure every guest feels welcomed and satisfied.
In conclusion, Locals is a must-visit place in Tver for those who appreciate quality food and drinks. With its cozy ambiance, delicious fusion cuisine, and impressive cocktail selection, this establishment is a gem in the heart of the city.

Locals Cafe: A Cozy Gem in Tver Where Every Bite Feels Like Home ☕ Nestled on Tresvyatskaya 18a in the heart of Tver, Locals Cafe is the kind of spot that makes you want to linger—whether for a quick coffee, a leisurely lunch, or a sweet treat that feels like a hug. With its warm, unpretentious vibe and a loyalty program that rewards regulars like family, this café nails the balance between casual charm and thoughtful service. First Impressions: The vibe is "your favorite neighborhood hangout", but with a dash of Tver’s understated elegance. The Food & Drinks: Fresh, Flavorful, and (Sometimes) Free! - Menu Highlights: While their full menu isn’t detailed online, the café’s focus on fresh ingredients shines through. Expect hearty breakfasts, robust coffees, and desserts that justify skipping dinner. (Pro tip: Ask about their daily specials!) - Loyalty Perks: Their "Locals Friends" program is a game-changer: - 5–10% cashback on orders (the more you spend, the sweeter the reward). - Points redeemable for up to 30% off future bills—perfect for regulars who’d rather save rubles than count them . Service with a Smile (and Maybe a Side of Sarcasm) The staff here clearly love what they do. Need a fork? They’ll toss in three. Allergies? They’ll customize your order without batting an eye. Quirks & Charms - Affiliated with Miuccia: The café shares the love with a sibling venue (details tantalizingly vague—ideal for curious foodies). - Allergen-Friendly: They actually *read* your notes about nut allergies, unlike some places that treat them as "optional suggestions." Final Verdict: Why You’ll Keep Coming Back Locals Cafe isn’t trying to be the fanciest spot in town—and that’s its strength. It’s the kind of place where: - Your loyalty card feels like a friendship bracelet. - The barista remembers your usual order by Week 2. - You’ll forgive the lack of delivery because, well, the Napoleon cake is that good. Rating: 5/5 ★★★★★ - Ambiance: Cozy, inviting, and subtly stylish. - Value: Loyalty perks make it a steal. - Service: Attentive without being overbearing. Perfect for: Breakfast meetings, solo coffee dates, or pretending you’re a Tver local (even if you’re just passing through). P.S. Don’t leave without trying their house-made pastry—rumor has it, the chef’s croissants could end wars.
