The staff at lonestar rotorua tonight were amazing. They accommodated us and our autistic child, were super friendly and made everything easy for us. We don't tend to go out places for many reasons (that parents of special kids will know) and the staff made this a positive experience for us. Thankyou!!

Ordered dinner through deliver easy and what let down. They definitely would not have served that steak up in the restaurant. It almost looked boiled but see clearly ordered well done steak with hard eggs threw the eggs away to much snot in them but gritted through the steak still running around in the paddock. Do better team

We came here for dinner at about 8:00 after leaving the previous restaurant as they ran out of food so we were starving. Waited 30 mins to be seated (there were plenty of spare tables), and waited 40mins before we got our food. I ordered the ribs and I was still hungry afterwards. I understand that food prices have risen, but this portion was ridiculous so we got mc Donald’s afterwards. Paying over $100 on food and drinks and still not being full after made me feel disappointed in the night life here in Rotorua. The best thing from the night was the non alcoholic mojito that the cool bartender made. Good luck Lone Star Rotorua
