I ordered food for several people to go. Ive never eaten here, but walking in the atmosphere seemed very nice! As I grabbed my food bag I mentioned it seemed light. I was ordering for 5 people and taking it out to Palimino Valley. The very nice young lady named Kayla at the front asked if she could check it real fast and noticed several items missing. I was essentially 3 meals short. She assured me she was very sorry and that there is a team of new hires that are learning and my food would be ready as soon as possible. Which was only about 10 minutes. The staff was just so nice and accommodating that I didnt care that I almost drove an hour with half of my order. Thanks Kayla! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The food wasn't as good as we were led to believe. The customer service was not good at all and we felt rushed to pay the bill even though we didn't have our food very long. Even if the food wasn't all that, this place would not have gotten a low star experience if the customer service was better. And to top things off not only was there a thick layer of dust in the booth we sat at, but we were given the wrong bill that was more than what we were supposed to pay. So eating at this establishment for the first time was a bad experience & we will not be frequenting anymore "Los Compadres" restaurants in the future!
