I was making chili con carne and "someone" spilled the chili I had made. I was in a hurry. So I went down to Los Novillos market and purchased some of their chili. And it was absolutely delicious. It was just spicy enough, and soooooo savory. It's a must try. They also have prepared food now, I have to go back soon and try. And I'll let you know...

Yes the store is not the same it's under a new owner and the carniseroa are not the same everything is a bit more expensive and you just don't feel the friendliness any more. I really wish the other owner where still there and would like to know where there at now so I can go buy my meat from where they are.
