I ordered a mixed berry, acai, and banana smoothie here today. I almost finished the drink when I realised there were bits of plastic in it! Gross. When I got home I strained the pieces out and you can clearly see them in the photos. I've always had good coffee here but never ordering a smoothie again. Please be more careful. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Hi Thomasina I will have a chat with the staff to be more careful. We prep our smoothies in sealed bags and one of them must of ripped and ended up in the smoothie. I am so sorry about that, i hope we can make it up to you. If you come back to Louve can you ask for the manager please.

Such a cute cafe. Came here for tea (dine-in). The space is very large and super comfortable seating. Was a bit of a wait for our beverages but they did bring it right to our table. The case of breakfast sandwiches was appealing. I wouldn't mind an egg English muffin sandwich sometime but it has meat. They have a specials board and were offering jaffles, whatever those are. Fancy name for a grilled cheese I think? My peppermint tea came with a cute mint green ceramic mug and served in a blue ceramic server. It is a chill place tucked back in this big commercial building.
