Absolutely love this place .Me and my family first time ever eating at Louisiana crab shack they didn’t disappoint.We will be back are waitress was very friendly ,food was HOT ,all around great experience!IF YOU ARE THINKING ABOUT TRYING THIS PLACE OUT ,DONT THINK ANYMORE JUST TAKE MY WORD GOOOO. The food and service was horrible. I would not recommend this restaurant. The seafood was over cooked (Dungeness and snow crabs, shrimp, and corn) the potato’s were not cooked well and were still partially firm/hard. The seafood was not fresh and had a dirty taste. The sausage was not seafood boil sausage but Italian sausage not suitable for a seafood boil. When I asked to speak to the manager, the manager did not introduce himself nor did he rectify the issue when he was told the seafood was over cooked. Instead the manager hid behind an employee. My family is in town for the holidays and were extremely disappointed as we are seafood lovers and spent approximately $250 on food that we could not eat and got sick immediately after.
