Can't comprehend just how poor an experience this was Everything seemed like leftovers from a pantry that don't quite go together Salad was room temp, bread was subpar compared to free bread at most places but cost $10, fish made me gag So loud we had to yell at each other all dinner it was a miserable experience before the fact it was ridiculously expensive. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Recommendation for vegetarians: Would not recommend Vegetarian options: Don't come here Parking space: Difficult to find parking Parking options: Paid parking lot, Parking is unavailable

There are pretty severe limitations to their ability accommodate guests. I asked for something very simple that any chef should be able to accommodate: a steak cooked medium well instead of medium rare. My wife is pregnant and can’t have medium rare, even though we prefer medium rare. No big deal, right? Instead, we get some lecture about how asking the chef to do that is “like asking a painter to paint a part of their painting yellow instead of red.” Give me a break. Seriously? I didn’t ask him to rewrite the menu, this was a minor change for a very specific, understandable reason, yet they didn’t even bother to ask the chef. They tried to make it right with a free bowl of pasta but the whole thing left a really bad taste in my mouth. Spending $350 on a meal for 2 these days should feel like a real treat. I don’t really get to do that much and I really regret spending it at Lucia. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $100+ Dietary restrictions: Not accommodating.
