I'd like to begin by stating I love Lucille's. Unfortunately, I have been unable to enjoy Lucille's because of the horrid hostess Ashley with dyed red eyebrows and red hair. Twice I have come to brunch and asked for a table. Twice I was told with extreme attitude they couldn't accommodate. It appeared Ashley simply would rather turn customers away from the restaurant and proceed to chatting with the other employees. I asked Ashley simply how many other people were on the wait list. She refused to answer my question even stating "I'm not gonna argue with you." When I asked her for the manager, who I'm sure would've been more helpful, she refused to bring them. Extremely disappointing that such a wonderful restaurant would have a woman like Ashley at the front. For me and many others that enjoy Lucille's, service is a top priority. I'm not sure why they hired someone like Ashley
