I saw Luka Carnegie all over TikTok and had been wanting to try it for ages, so I was really excited to finally go. The honeycomb dalgona was really yummy, slightly sweet but not overpowering, and the milk was creamy and complemented it perfectly. The jasmine cloud matcha had great flavour and was well made, but it leaned a little too sweet for my personal taste. The standout for me was the Thai pandan chiffon cake. It was absolutely delicious, light, moist, and fragrant, and I loved the addition of coconut pieces in the cream which gave it such a nice texture. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
