Wow! What an experience!! This place has a very nice vibe, the DJ played an awesome selection. It feels like you’re in a party. The place is covered with expensive art work, the service is stellar and very accommodating to our needs. Would I come with my children here? No. But our night out with adults was absolutely smashing. The food was something out of this world. The steak tartare comes wrapped in edible newspaper! Everything is so well thought, the presentation, the explosion of flavors. It isn’t cheap, but worth every penny in my opinion. Got to enjoy a great date night last night celebrating a friend's bday. Everything from the intriguing delicious food to the ambiance of the restaurant was fantastic and had a cool vibe. Our waiter Victor did a great job explaining the menu and offered some really good recommendations. The best tapas we tried were the croquettes, Sobrassada Brioche, and if your feeling adventurous the Oliva Liquidas are worth a try. The restaurant is known for their Paellas/Arroz. I would highly recommend the Duck and Apricot though the Surf & Turf was also tasty. The one thing keeping this from 5 stars across the board: the mad carbonara's gelatin non-pasta noodles produce a VERY weird texture. Also, the wagyu crisp was very underwhelming. But the ultimate croqueta, the bocadillo calamari, the bone marrow and caviar, all amazing. The braves tomas, for being one of the simpler dishes, were a definite highlight. Their gin drinks and gin selection are also not to be slept on. Only a couple of their cocktails can be made non-alcoholic, but they're still fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back.
