We had an amazing experience at MOD while in town for a Student Council conference! Our group included 11 high school students and 2 adult sponsors, and everything from start to finish was handled so well. The food quality was excellent. We tried several different varieties of their unlimited topping pizzas, and each one was made fresh to order and packed with flavor. The ingredients tasted high quality, and everyone was able to customize their pizza exactly how they wanted. We also ordered multiple Caesar salads, which were crisp, fresh, and perfectly dressed. Everything we had was delicious. The hospitality truly made the experience stand out. Susan and Sesa did an incredible job managing our group of 13 and had all of our food prepared in under 30 minutes. They were extremely organized, using a system to track names and orders to make sure everything came out correctly and not a single order was wrong. The wait time was very reasonable, especially for freshly prepared food. They were also kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. We needed to use a tax-exempt form, and they were knowledgeable and accommodating, making that process smooth and easy for us. Overall, this was a great experience for our group, and we would definitely recommend MOD for both the food and the outstanding customer service! My wife and I have frequented Mod Pizza on 51st. in Austin regularly for several years. We love the fresh ingredients, build your own pizza concept and stellar service. The atmosphere is inviting and the staff are always warm, friendly and attentive. We are partial to the cauliflower crust! We are always grateful to have this healthy and delicious option available to us just a few minutes away! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
