No one greeted me. Walked up stood there the kept making a pizza there was no one else nothing was too fresh looking since I had so much time to look at I and I thought about leaving. But then he helped me with little interest and the pizza was ok but just so blah of an experience from what I expected. I was on vacation and this was my first and only mod experience. Got Mod delivered tonight, and I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. This may have been the delivery driver’s fault, but since they are a third party I could not contact DoorDash for support. I called the store, and the manager on duty seemed very unsure of what to do, and only offered to replace them if we came to pick them up (I got delivery for a reason). She took my name and offered me a free pizza next time I come in, and to let her general manager know, but I am definitely not returning. I can understand it being a DoorDash issue, but as a restaurant it is also their responsibility to do better for their customers. Food: 1 Service: 1

Honestly Mod Pizza is probably the best pizza place in the area, especially now that Minsky’s has closed. They have the best crust and their ingredients actually taste fresh unlike some of the other places we have remaining. I have always had amazing service here, they are usually going above and beyond to make sure my order is right! I definitely recommend going here if you are wanting a good pizza place in the Raymore area!
