Most guests recommend trying perfectly cooked onion burgers, grilled chicken and crispy fries. To try good pancakes, biscuits and French toasts is a truly nice idea. This fast food is suitable for visitors who have supper in a hurry as they can order dishes as a takeaway. The atmosphere of hospitality of Whataburger highly depends on the staff, that is terrific here. Spectacular service is something that people highlight in their comments. Pay low prices for eating at this place. As clients see it, the atmosphere is quiet here. But this spot hasn't got a high rating from Google users.

I waited nearly 30 minutes just to be helped. When I finally got to the window, instead of being greeted professionally, I was told, “I forgot your order, tell me what it was,” while the employees scrambled to figure it out. After repeating my order, I politely asked for some ranch, and the employee immediately demanded an extra fee for it in a rude manner. I then asked for his name, and he told me it was Dameon. I’ve never experienced customer service this poor at a Whataburger before visiting this location. The attitude and professionalism were extremely disappointing, and because of that, I don’t plan on returning unless customer service improves significantly. To make matters worse, when I finally got home, my fries were undercooked, and my burger was missing both the onions and extra ketchup that I specifically requested. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience from start to finish. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really sweet. I came late at night, so everything was made to order. My spicy chicken was crispy and fresh and delicious. They even gave me a cookie for the 7 minute wait. If you go at night just plan on having it take a lil extra time to have it fresh. I promise it is worth it Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

As both a Dasher and customer, this is probably one of my most liked places. I'm a combat veteran with CPTSD and TBI that caused me to be non-verbal. The staff at this location make all the difference. They're kind, considerate and accommodating above and beyond the vast majority of businesses I visit. One employee in particular, Dani, makes my visits a pleasurable experience. Thank you to the entire team. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
