Finding authentic Nepali food on our way to the Raleigh Rose Garden led us to this absolute gem. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they serve an extensive selection of boba teas and specialty drinks. The owner actually told us he started the business with the drinks first and recently introduced the food. We had already grabbed boba elsewhere before arriving so we skipped the drinks this time, but the food was so spectacular that we didn't even mind missing out on the beverages. The restaurant is spotless inside and out, including a very clean restroom with a diaper changing station. The highlight was the owner and staff. They were incredibly patient and helpful with our two toddlers, even when things got loud or the salt shakers dropped. The owner chatted with us about life in Nepal and the US like an old friend, and he even offered to help us with parking on our next visit. The food was incredible. We ordered the jhol momo and the chicken and egg fried rice, which came in a surprisingly generous portion size. We asked for no spice, and the base food itself wasn't spicy at all, so the kids absolutely loved it. They even treated us to a refreshing complimentary mango lassi. We were so full that we took a delicious masala quesadilla to go, which they beautifully packed with extra sauces and chutneys. Honestly, everything we tried was delicious, including all the sauces. The quality, quantity, and value are excellent. We instantly felt right at home and cannot say good enough things about this place. We can't wait to come back!
