Come here for a meal right after visiting Institute of the Hand-Written and Old Printing Book Museum. Carpe diem – the Russian cuisine waits for you. Nicely cooked burgers have a pleasant taste.

It's easy to find this cafe due to the convenient location. Good beer is worth a try here. In spite of the popularity among visitors, the weak side of MOON CAFE is its nice service. But as for the Google rating, this place earned 4.6.

The Moon Cafe is a spectacular cafe located in the heart of Nizhny! The ambiance is super chill and relaxing. They have an amazing 3-course traditional Russian fish special, which is absolutely delicious! The meal starts with a beet vinagrette salad with salty fish, followed by a delightful salmon soup and as the main course, a paella-style rice with seafood! And their Russian beer is awesome! In my opinion, their dark lager, the Russian Emperial standard is the best beer on their menu. Thank you Julia for being so sweet and hosting us. Spaziba!
